Frequently asked questions
- Can I try it without a credit card?
- Yes — you can sign up and set up your property on Oteloji PMS without entering any card details. For the other plans, we set up a tailored trial period after your demo request.
- Do I lose data if I switch plans?
- No. Every plan uses the same Oteloji PMS database — upgrading or downgrading only changes which modules you can access, and never touches your reservation or guest data.
- Is revenue management part of Oteloji?
- Revenue management is not our own product: we work with the best revenue management system in the field as a partner and set it up together with you. Enterprise-plan properties get priority on that introduction.
- Is the yearly discount real?
- Yes — paying yearly costs 10x the monthly price, so you effectively get 2 months free.
- Why doesn't the Enterprise plan show a price?
- Because the needs of businesses with multiple properties vary so much, we price Enterprise with a custom quote based on your property count instead of a fixed number.
