About Oteloji

Oteloji is a hospitality software family built for small and mid-sized properties. Instead of asking a hotel to run a separate tool for reservations, another for housekeeping, and another for direct sales, Oteloji keeps them on one shared data layer: a guest arrives through the Booking Engine or a channel, becomes a reservation in Oteloji PMS, and turns into housekeeping and restaurant tasks in Oteloji Operations.

Who we build for

Hotels, villas, aparthotels, and boutique properties — accommodation businesses that are run hands-on by a small team rather than by a large back office. These properties carry the same operational complexity as a big hotel (reservations, housekeeping, folios, channel commissions, reporting) but without the staff or the budget that enterprise hotel software assumes. Oteloji is designed around that reality: setup takes minutes, the interface is usable on a phone on the floor, and nobody needs a week of training before the first reservation is entered.

Built natively for hospitality in Turkey

The interface, the reports, and the support are written natively for the market rather than translated into it. Hospitality terms that matter day to day — folio, rate plan, meal plan, night audit, agency commission, city ledger — appear the way the people using them actually say them. Reports are built around the numbers a property owner is asked for: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, cancellation rate, and the daily cash position.

One data layer

Oteloji PMS handles reservations, rooms, guest profiles, layered pricing, folios, and the front cash desk, and it is live today. Oteloji Operations is a phone-first daily panel for housekeeping, the restaurant, faults, staff shifts, and the end-of-day report, and it is live today as well. The Booking Engine takes commission-free bookings straight from the hotel's own website, and it is live too. Revenue management is the one piece we do not build ourselves: we work with the best system in the field as a partner. Each product runs independently — signing up for one never requires the others — and they talk to each other through an open API, so the same reservation is never entered twice.

How we work

Oteloji is developed in short, visible cycles: features are shipped as they become usable rather than held back for an annual release, and the roadmap on the home page reflects what is actually being built. Properties that join early get direct access to the people writing the software — the fastest line is WhatsApp, and feature requests from live properties regularly become the next thing shipped.
